In case you’ve been living under a rock, it’s council election time – there are cars, signs and meet and greets popping up all over the region.
But this one caught our eye, Richard Kempthorne’s campaigning car has a certain Mona Lisa-esque quality.
The decal, a car sticker of Richard’s eyes, follows you as you walk and the good-humoured Tasman mayor admits to getting a bit of fright when he first walked into his garage and saw it.
