A retailer in Richmond Mall was the victim of a burglary and vandalism this morning.
Phone Zone was broken into by two men, it is alleged.
Mall management says it looked as if the men were checking out the Mall, so were hoping they wouldn’t be coming back for another hit on another retailer.
