The Founder’s Book Fair had their biggest numbers yet and the craziness all began on Saturday morning with people arriving over two hours early to line the street in the three degree frost.

When the gates opened at 10am, the rush began and collectors sprinted through the gates with their eyes fixed on finding treasure amongst the rare and expensive books.

Co-ordinator Karen Clark says this year is their biggest year yet and the shed stacked with books prove it.

The Book Fair is open from 10am-4.30pm at Founder’s Heritage Park until June 12.
