And it’s all over here at Trafalgar Park. The New Zealand Warriors have been soundly beaten by St George Illawarra Dragons, 46-10. 6.20pm: Dragons score again. Getting a bit repetitive but the visitors are carving up here at Trafalgar Park. Score now is 34-4.

6.15pm: Dragons strike again, they lead 28-4.

6.14pm: Warriors trying to work their way back into the game but not much is coming off for the home side.

6.08pm: Another try to the visitors, they are now up 24-4.

5.46pm: The Dragons score again on the stroke of half time and now have a 18-4 lead after the successful conversion.

5.29pm: TRY! Warriors score in the right hand corner. Conversion misses so the Dragons still lead 6-4.

5.14pm: And the deadlock is broken. The Dragons have scored first, in the right-hand corner. The conversion is good. Score is 6-0 to St George.

5.13pm: Both teams have had their chances early on but the score remains 0-0 after 10 minutes of play.

4.50pm: It’s a stunning day and a huge crowd is filling up Trafalgar Park for today’s Vodafone Warriors v St George Illawarra Dragons pre-season NRL game.

More than 9000 people have bought tickets to the Warriors first ever game in Nelson, the home of Warriors skipper Simon Mannering in his last outing as captain.
