Stoke School second in ad awards

Stoke School were runner-up in the Fair Go Kids Ad Awards, last Wednesday.

Teacher, Tommy Whitington says he couldn’t be prouder, “We took their concepts from paper right through the actual process of filming and acting and they just did an amazing job.”

The Primary School section was taken out by Glen Eden Intermediate from Auckland with their anti-cage age poultry ad. However, the Stoke School students from room 10 said they were still pretty stoked with the result and had a great time making the ad.

Student and actor, Sian Davies says, “It was really fun because we got to do all this filming, it was just extraordinary.”
