Cricket crowd well behaved say police

Police were happy with the well behaved crowd at today’s Cricket world cup game between the West Indies and Ireland at Saxton Oval.

Inspector Tim Crawford said only two people had to be removed from the stadium and most fans enjoyed a great day at the match.

There were no issues with traffic travelling to and from the stadium.

Ireland won the Pool B match by four wickets chasing the West Indies’ 304/7
